By using AutoStore, you agree to these terms and all applicable platform policies.
1) Service Scope
AutoStore provides storefront management, order handling, and social automation tooling. We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time.
2) Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for account security, lawful use, customer communications, and compliance with local regulations.
3) Platform Integrations
Use of Instagram/Facebook integrations must comply with Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and any applicable messaging regulations.
4) Payments (Chargily)
Where Chargily services are used, payment processing is governed by Chargily's legal terms in addition to these terms. See Chargily Terms.
5) Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the platform for spam, fraud, illegal content, abuse, or attempts to bypass security controls. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, Meta Platform Policies, or applicable law.
6) Liability and Availability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where prohibited by law.
